In today’s sad puppy edition of “The Adventures of Henry,” we see our hero dejectedly sitting on the couch after getting a bath for rolling in something disgusting while on a walk. He’s already lodged an official complaint with the International Red Cross, but so far, that has fallen on deaf ears.
